Elizabeth Diane has always shown leadership from a very early age.  In her last year of elementary school she received top honors in both the academic and athletic areas. Continuing into high school Elizabeth received both the junior and senior athlete of the year awards, leading to an offer to Harvard. However, Elizabeth decided to stay closer to home. She embarked on a career in teaching, counseling and coaching after receiving degrees from McMaster and The University of Western Ontario. Elizabeth was one of the founders of the first basketball league for girls in Stoney Creek, Ontario and  founder of Mother/Daughter Nights. For these and other girl-centered initiatives, Elizabeth was presented with the OSSTF Excellence in Education Award in 2000. It was evident to Elizabeth that although girls and women have progressed in many areas, the knowledge was not being used to initiate a shift in their thinking. After 15 years in the education system and speaking throughout her Board, it was time to get the message out to a global audience.

It was time for change and time for a new organization to address the lack of forward motion.  Along with Andrew Marshall,Elizabeth decided to co-found Listening With Heart 360, an international organization designed specifically to be a signpost for girls and women in the areas of body image, relationships, and the power of a dream. She is also co-author of the book Listening With Heart 360: The New Paradigm For Women set for a Mother’s Day 2008 release in the United States, Canada and the UK. She is a natural and delivers her message with authenticity, arrow-like accuracy, and an entertaining dose of humor.

 Listening With Heart 360’s innovative concepts of “Programming”, and the relationship tool “The Situation Wheel”, have Elizabeth Diane set to be the next visionary voice for girls and women worldwide.

ANDREW MARSHALL

   Andrew  came into the world after his mother was advised not to have the baby due to complications and although she was only twenty years old, having married at the tender age of eighteen, she felt that the baby deserved a chance. (Unfortunately the doctors were right)  Andrew feels the time has come to repay his mother for the sacrifice she made for him by helping shake up the female consciousness and make women more aware of the pressures that they face as a result of the programming. 

 Andrew met Elizabeth in the education system while upgrading for computer systems and they discovered they had something in common, which turned out to be Listening With Heart 360.  Andrew has always loved to travel and see the world with his wife Wendy of twenty-nine years. Andrew now resides in Las Vegas NV.
